The Tamblyn mosaic tile storefront entryway is located at 2377 Queen St E (at Beech Ave, on the southwest corner) in The Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto.
The entrance of the corner storefront displays the name “TAMBLYN” on the floor, crafted from white and green mosaic tiles. This serves as a reminder of when this location operated as a Tamblyn Drugs shop from 1929 to the early 1970s. Founded in 1904 by Gordon Tamblyn, it grew to become the largest drugstore chain in Canada before being acquired by George Weston Ltd. in 1962. In more recent times, the storefront has been home to various businesses, including a variety store, a coffee shop and restaurants.
