The archive photo captures the streetscape, including work on the TTC streetcar tracks. According to the 1930 Toronto City Directory, several establishments featured in the old image include Diamond Sweets, Duffwell Realty, Brooke-Hudson Tobacco, and Kilvington Bros Monuments.
