Some of the establishments in the archive photo from right to left include the Spadina Car Wash, D. Goodman & Sons (hardware), Budapest Fruit & Grocery and Chicago Bargain House (clothing). Except for the stores, the streetscape has retained much of its original character over the past half-century.
