The photos features the Moss Park Apartments located at 275-295 Shuter St. The complex consists of three 16-storey V-shaped buildings that, when viewed from above, resemble the letter “M.” These buildings were opened in 1964 and contain approximately 900 units, including bachelor apartments as well as one to four-bedroom units. When the $10 million complex was inaugurated, the maximum annual income for a tenant was $4,000. At that time, a bachelor apartment cost $76.50, while a four-bedroom unit cost at $101.
