The Malvern Men’s Wear terrazzo storefront entryway is located at 1021 Kingston Rd (west of Victoria Park Ave) in the Upper Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto.
The gold, red, and grey terrazzo floor prominently features the name “Malvern.” This men’s wear shop was run by Sam Iacono and first appeared in the 1950 Toronto City Directory, with its last listing found in the 1971 edition. As of the time this article was written, the storefront is home to Shea Sells Boutique – Design Nest, a staging showroom.
