Looking northeast along Danforth Ave from west of Main St in the Danforth Village neighbourhood of Toronto.
The archive photo captures the Grover Theatre in the streetscape. The Grover opened in the late 1920s and closed in the mid-1950s. Except for the stores, the streetscape has retained much of its original character during the past century.
