The lobby of the Gladstone House Hotel, located at 1214 Queen St W in the Queen Street West Art and Design District of Toronto.
The vintage postcard shows the lobby, referred to then as the rotunda, as it looked over a century ago. On the right side of the postcard is what appears to be the front desk.
While the main entrance is in the same location today, the bistro and bar are now on the right. The photo was taken from the current location of the front desk. The charming Gladstone House features 55 guestrooms and is available to host weddings, meetings, celebrations, films and photo shoots, corporate events and more.
