The Fashion Building terrazzo entryway is located at 130 Spadina Ave (just south of Richmond St W) in the Fashion District of Toronto.
The entrance of the building showcases a chestnut brown and beige diamond checkerboard terrazzo floor, framed by a black terrazzo border. Built between 1926 and 1927, the structure was designed by architects Kaplan & Sprachman for The Fashion Cloak Company Limited. This eight-story warehouse-style building features Neo-Gothic architectural details on its exterior and was added to the city’s heritage register in 1989. Today, the building serves as office space.
