The archive photo shows Rochelle’s Specialty Shop ladies’ wear and Charlie’s Lunch in the mixed-use building on the left, with a theatre that featured German movies on the right. From the 1910s to the mid-1950s, the venue was known as the Doric Theatre and later became the home of St. Wenceslaus Church. The theatre building was demolished, and Tim Hortons now occupies the site.
