Looking northeast towards the corner of Bloor St W and Brunswick Ave, in the Annex neighbourhood of Toronto. The archive photo shows the vacant land up for sale. In 1908, the year after the vintage photo was taken, a 2½-storey brick house was built on the corner, as seen in the present-day photo. This home was originally the residence of Dr. Edgar Frankish.
