Babloor Hotel was once located at 1163-1167 Bay St (just south of Bloor St W on the east side) in the Bay-Cloverhill neighbourhood of Toronto. The Toronto City Directory has the hotel first listed in the 1936 publication and last recorded in 1969.

The hotel building was torn down, and today the Manulife Centre occupies the site.
