Looking northeast towards the corner of King St E and Frederick St, in the Old Town, St Lawrence neighbourhood of Toronto.
Constructed in 1903, architect George Martel Miller designed the building for the Adams Bros Harness Manufacturing Company. It occupied the space until 1917 when it was repurposed into an Eaton’s Company warehouse. Throughout its history, the building has been home to various businesses and holds significant architectural importance, receiving heritage status from the city.
