Looking northeast towards Adams Bros Harness Manufacturing Company at the corner of King St E and Frederick St in Toronto’s Old Town, St Lawrence neighbourhood.
The Renaissance Revival style building was constructed in 1903 and designed by architect George Martel Miller for John and Charles Adam. The company produced harnesses, blankets, collars, and sweat pads for horses in the building until 1917, when it became an Eaton’s Company warehouse. Over the years, the building has housed a variety of businesses and stands as a significant architectural landmark, earning heritage status from the city.
