In 1929, a sign outside Haddon Hall highlighted various conveniences available to renters of its two- and three-bedroom apartments. These included electric lighting, gas and electric refrigeration, an electric elevator, and fireproof and soundproof apartments. As of 2025, the building, which architect Norman Armstrong designed, still stands.
